Q: Are you ISO/IEC 17025 accredited ?

A: Yes, Standards and Calibrations is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. We are also accredited for our on-site service too. Check out our A2LA scope.

 

Q. Are you N.I.S.T. traceable ?

A: Yes,  All of our calibrations are fully traceable to N.I.S.T.

 

Q: What are the services provided by Standards and Calibrations ?

A: All our calibrations are NIST traceable and A2LA accredited. We offer four types of calibration services.

  • Calibration: This service is without data. Only certificate of calibration is provided.

  • Calibration with data: This service is provided with data. Certificate with data is provided.

  • Mil-Standard Calibration: This service is provided with a certificate , "before" and "after" data.

  • Accredited Calibration: This service includes a certificate, "before" and "after" data and statement of uncertainty.

Q: What is your turnaround time for service work?

A: Average turnaround time for our Calibration work is around 5 business days. However in case of repair or issues beyond our control this duration may  increase. We try our best to keep your down time as low as possible.

 

Q. Do you provide any DISCOUNTS to your customers ?

A: We do provide volume and yearly contract discounts. Please give us a call to discuss how we can provide you the same quality service within your budget constraints.

 

Q: What is your repair policy ?

A: Our repair policy includes a flat evaluation fee of $ 45.00. We provide all possible options viable to the customer. On our customers approval we continue with the repair. Average repair time is 2 weeks.

 

Q: What is your ON-SITE calibration policy ?

A: We provide ON-SITE calibration to accommodate customers needs. We drive down to your facility and provide the high quality calibration service.

 

Q: Do you provide RUSH services ?

A: Yes, We provide Rush service as per mutual agreement with our customers.

 

Q: Do you offer Pick - up and Delivery service ?

A: Yes in some cases we can offer the pick-up and delivery service. Please contact us to discuss any possible arrangement

 

Q. Do you take out state calibration orders ?

A: Yes, We have customers all over the country. That does not affect our turnaround time.

 

Q: How long are the Certificate of Calibrations retained?

A. In accordance to ISO requirements we retain the certificates pertaining to calibration for a period pf 5 years.
